In line with the rapid digital transformation, Vision 2030, and the Kingdom’s hosting of the Esports World Cup, SCOP conducted a comprehensive 2025 study examining Saudi gamers’ behaviors, preferences, usage patterns, and attitudes toward local content reflecting Saudi culture and identity. The survey covered 1,098 Saudi mobile phone users (18+), representing 96% of the Saudi population per GASTAT surveys, with a ±2.6% margin of error. Download the report:

SCOP surveys indicate that:99% of Saudis use social media, with WhatsApp, Snapchat, and YouTube ranking highest in usage.89% of Saudis use at least one streaming platform, with Shahid leading for the third consecutive year.49% of Saudis use artificial intelligence, and 31% of its users utilize it daily.The novelty of artificial intelligence and the adoption by half of Saudis suggests a high rate of future adoption.

For the fourth consecutive year, SCOP (Saudi Center for Opinion Polling) conducted a comprehensive study involving 1,222 Saudi citizens aged 18 and above to measure their usage patterns and preferences for social media applications.Key Areas of Focus: 1.
