The Saudi Center for Opinion Polling (SCOP) is taking part in the 2026 Annual Conference of the Gallup International Association, held in Budapest, Hungary, from 27 to 29 September. The Center is represented by its General Supervisor, Dr. Abdullah Al-Huqail, and Mr. Cees Faber.
SCOP’s participation reflects its strategic commitment to aligning its practices with internationally recognized scientific standards in public opinion measurement, while engaging with the expertise and insights of leading research centers and specialized institutions.

The Saudi Center for Opinion Polls (SCOP) participated in the Riyadh International Book Fair 2025, held at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh, through a panel discussion titled “From the Childhood of Books to the Childhood of Screens.” The session presented the results of a survey on children’s reading habits, led by Mr. Saud Al-Ghamdi and moderated by Ms. Noura Al-Roumi. The Saudi Center for Opinion Polls (SCOP) participated in the 77th Gallup International Association Conference, held in Varna, Bulgaria, from September 21–25, 2025, with broad international representation from opinion research institutions.Dr. Abdullah Alhugail and Dr. Nuha Al-Wadaani presented a paper titled “Assessment and Mitigation of Mode Effects in Mixed-Mode Surveys and Polls: A Practical Application to SCOP Polls”, showcasing the center’s methodological experience and solutions to enhance survey quality. Visit of the Danish and Finnish Embassies

The Saudi Center for Opinion Polls (SCOP) received Her Excellency Ambassador Anu-Eerika Viljanen, Ambassador of Finland, and Her Excellency Ambassador Liselotte Plesner, Ambassador of Denmark to the Kingdom. The visit focused on discussing the center’s activities and community vision, and reviewing public opinions on issues such as tourism, sports, and Saudi Vision 2030.
